How do i convert an excel file to a pdf?

One of the great features of Microsoft Excel is its ability to export documents to PDF format. Doing so allows you to share your spreadsheet with others in a format that can't be easily modified. Converting an Excel file to a PDF lets you save the document as an exact replica of the original, and protect it against any changes. To convert an Excel file to a PDF, follow these simple steps:

1. Open the Microsoft Excel file you want to convert.

2. Click the "File" tab on the ribbon at the top of the window, and then select "Print" from the list of options. This will open up the Print window.

3. Under Printer or Select Printer, click on "Adobe PDF" as your Destination printer. You may also need to install Adobe Acrobat in order for this option to appear in your print selection window after clicking on Select Printer - this will depend on what version of Excel you are using and whether or not Adobe Acrobat already installed on your computer machine

4. Adjust any additional settings that appear in this Print window, such as layout options (portrait/landscape) if needed before continuing.

5. Once done with selecting any extra settings if required, click OK at the bottom right of this Print window

6. Finally select a destination file name and folder location for where your newly converted PDF document should be saved (ex: desktop). Click "Save" when done, located at left side of Save as prompt-window directly underneath save in destination box

7. And there you have it - you have successfully exported an excel document into a PDF file format!
